that's what i am at work. have nothing to do. so decided to blog. hehe.

i love hao shen. he is the best boyfriend ever. and i had the best birthday day! hehe.
my 22nd - he helped chipped in to get me a 42inch lcd tv... wow.... amazing... its so cool.

thanks to jon, dan and renes for buying it and all that. so nice of everyone who chipped in. thank you everyoneeeeeeeee

and then to top of the day, hao shen gave me $100 to spend on me. me. me. me. i was so happy and over the moon. i could see it was killing him though for me to spend $100 on just things he normally wouldn't have approved of. anyway, it was sooooo sweet of him. and he planned this awesome day, but too bad.. things kept popping up.

anyway... better get back to work :-

facebook

the latest trend. let me ask you a question. your bf never gets facebook, friendster, etc... or if he does he never uses it.. then suddenly you're at work one day and then it isn't until the NEXT day while you're talking to HIS friend... they tell u that your bf has facebook... wouldn't you get shocked? oh... and he hasn't added you! wouldn't you be shocked? and then next thing you know he's suddenly addicted! haha.

c'mon seriously... this whole facebook this has taken off soooooo big... i'm so amazed by what you can do and all that.... its awesome! the biggest revolution ever. i was on greater union.com.au trying to find out new movies and then there is a link that says... add it to facebook..... SHOCKED.

you haven't updated your blog

so out of the blue, hao shen checks my blog today and says you haven't updated your blog. i know!! obviously i know!! haha. so i decided to write some stuff.

1. my trip to malaysia / singapore
an absolute blast . i had a wonderful . although i admit it was definitely intense!! oh boy was it intense. within just a few hours i had met hao shen's whole family. omg! there was so many of them.... and i got really confused. anyway its all good. didn't go shopping much but did buy a new jigsaw puzzle. hehe. and a new pair of glasses! lolz

2. roasted pumpkin drizzled with honey and pine nuts salad!!
sooooooooooooo gooood.. the best salad i've ever made. it was the greatest. too bad i didn't get to take a picture. first you roast the pumpkin with honey (in the oven) and also toast the pine nuts. mix with rocket salad and crumbed feta cheese.... haiz.... so nice :-)

3. i'm set to become a housewife!!
with only doing three units this sem, i'm at home 3 days a week. on wednesdays i have to cook dinner and so i wake up, decide what i'm going to cook, for dinner and for lunch, go to the supermarket to buy it and then come home, cook lunch, wash clothes and clean up... an hour or so later... i'm back in the kitchen cooking dinner for 6. it took me three hours to cook dinner. but very nice in the end. i had vegetable parcel, seasoned roast potatoes, roast pork and the salad from up above... haiz...................once again no photos :-(

sometimes i really hate exam period... you wanna know why?
not because its a time to study and you're fully stressed and everything... but its because i get fulllllllyyy distracted by everything!! i mean... the other day i was at home 'studying' [ truly i was ] but of course msn was running, music was playing and food was around.....
anyway, while i was studying my mind would concentrate for a whole 5 minutes and then i was go surf d net a bit - especially for new and cool recipes [gonna try Italian Sausages with Grapes one day], start chatting on msn or WORSE! START WATCHING SOME SHOW THAT I WOULD HAVE DLOADED. I MEAN C'MONNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNN.... and you know what my justification is?

lousy excuse.
anyway, this is a perfect example. i have my audit book open and here i am blogging. pfft!
....
next thursday i finish for the year. then i can do whatever i want. but right now. i have an exam tomorrow. bLAh

oh yeah... currently.... AUSSIE MUSIC ROCKS!

he's told me he loves me :-) its all happening this month. 4 months together... feels like so much longer.
