it's official

so.. now i have a boyfriend... 21 years. originally from klang, malaysia. studying commerce at murdoch. christian. friend, colleague and now boyfriend.

this has to be one of the most scariet relationships i have ever been into . it's been great so far . we spent the last three weeks in each other's company doing many things, and at the same not many things. if you know what i mean. i think that's why i haven't done much these holidays. if only they were longer. the only good thing i'm looking forward to going back to uni is that if it starts then it finishes. i mean, we're the only uni that goes back next week. that sucks man. truly it does. but hopefully we finish early.

anyway, slight tangent off what i really wanted to say... where was i?? ah yeah that's right. i'm scared. why you may think? i think its because i can see myself marrying him. SCARY! don't get me wrong. i want to be married. but if i think this then what happens if it doens't happen. also, he's no where near thinking about it i guess. nor does he feel the same way about this.

for me, i'm scared of losing him. he's such a great guy. yesterday when i was really really down. and i mean really down (that story is for another day) he was there for me. everything emotionally that i needed he provided. i just couldn't believe. not saying that he's surprised me. but i couldn't believe how blessed i've been not only to know him but to fall in love with him. that's right. you read right. haha.

during camp this week we were challenged to write down 25 qualities to be thankful for our mate so i'm going to give it a shot.
1. he's smart - 2HDs and 2Ds - in his first year of uni! smart lil cookie he is.
2. he's logical - his brain ticks away in a certain order - which when turned into actions and words makes total sense. have you ever heard him talk in public? It makes sense!
3. he can be a leader - so important in a christian family - traditional and spiritual *sigh*:)
4. he enjoys sports - and he's good at it! not just one sport either but a few - handball, basketball, soccer, football etc...
5. he loves his family - they all have a great relationshp and he's really close to his mum
6. his gentleness - at times he's fierce but he's so gentle at heart.
7. he's domesticated - i've never seen such a great dishwasher. plus he can cook! how exciting!

*pause* the rest for another day.
*tired*

welcome - the holidays

*knock knock* *knock knock*
"the world is full of opportunities behind closed doors, so start knocking" ... john maxwell

we live in a world where it is rapidly changing very fast and to be honest, its getting scary. life is just passing us way too fast. take for example my winter holidays of 2007. suppose to be 6 weeks of gorgeous relaxing, spending time with friends and families, rebonding relationships and working the norm... but it didn't happen. one day i finished my final exam, the next thing i knew it is now time to go back to uni. not fair. this is ridiculous. time just zoomed by. *woooshhh*

wrote a list of things to do these holidays:
1. dinner at savannahs [done =) ... mmm... yummy]
2. make pasta sauce and pizza [pizza turned out so good.]

3. watch transformers shrek3 oceans 13 harry potter [yes yes yes no]
4. kings park day and night [yes... hopefully the latter some time soon]
5. hills during sun set
6. beach during sun set
7. yanchep and two rocks [boring - so runned down... :-(]
8. moulin rouge and chicago back to back [alright]
9. 28 days later
10. food marathon
11. a jigsaw
12. knit
13. format pc

so with only one week remaining it looks like that's the end of the holidays for me. its been great.
