oh... and i made more cookies today: white chocolate chip macadamia wholemeal cookies...

Mmmm.. maybe i should change this to a Food Blog. That would probably be more suited, seeing that i'm constantly talking about foood! anyway its a good topic, even though the bible said that gluttony is a sin.

Anyway, what's the latest?

I bought a new Mixer! Yay! Hao Hao and I saw it selling at Target the other day for $129.95 and i wanted to buy it then. But being the careful spender i am ( i guess some would differ - dont' know why? ) i didn't buy it. Came home, asked my mum and she said she saw it in the Good Guys newspaper catalogue for ONLY $99.00 - BARGAIN i thought. So on Friday i went to Good Guys and bought it - and the lady asked whether i was paying cash? i thought... would it make a difference?? and then she replied, if you pay by cash, they can do it for $89.00!!!! Wooo HOO!!!!! that was a HUGE saving!

So of course as soon as i got home, i made a cake!! hehe... what else should i have done! (don't mention study don't mention study) cake was ALRIGHT only. blah.

but it was AWESOME!

Ian said i should open my own bakery - can't get it out of my head..........

cookie monster

guess who is a cookie monster?

last night i had a revelation: My mum has turned me into a cookie monster!!!

for my 21st birthday she bought me a Cookie Monster set of PJs... they're cute. See? They're cute.

Anyway so now i've been baking and baking and more baking.

My latest is White Chocolate Chip Cookies.... mmmmmmmm..... and the best thing is.... its my own recipe!!! That's right.... i made this recipe up. after making like hundreds of cookies i managed to put together my own recipe for one of my favourite subway cookies. i don't think they taste exactly like subway cookies... BUT ITS COOL!!! I'm so excited. i didn't eat any though :S. ... don't like cookies that much and i was scared that they weren't nice.

i gave a whole box to Ian to take home - and he forgot it. never mind. they mde its way there and he ate it in like one sitting!!!

if all the boys get fat, please don't blame me... blame my mum.... she turned me into a cookie monster!!!

i'm so proud of him. 12:30am in the morning he found out he was preaching that morning. by 3am he finished his lesson and by 12:00noon he was presenting. he presented and he presented well. good on him :-)
